Materials - Main housing: Transparent high toughness PC + ABS blend plastic, anti-impact, anti-crack, visible dust level. - Sealing frame: Elastic silicone rubber, air-tight to prevent suction leakage and dust escape. - Buckle & latch parts: Reinforced PP plastic, wear-resistant for repeated removal. HEPA Filter - Filter media: H13 composite HEPA non-woven fabric, multi-layer electrostatic microfiber. - Outer frame: Rigid ABS plastic; edge sealing: hot melt adhesive to avoid air bypass. - Optional pre-filter layer: Nylon mesh to block large hair and debris, protect HEPA sheet. 2. Intended Purpose - Integrated dust collection and air filtration module for Roborock S7, S7+, S7 MaxV Ultra, T7S robot vacuum mop. - Collect solid debris, fine dust, pet hair during vacuum cleaning. - Filter exhaust air, trap fine particles before air returns to room. - Replacement spare for cracked bin, deformed seal, clogged or damaged filter. Only for dry dust collection; not for liquid, wet sludge or large hard fragments. 3. Advantages 1. Important Technical Details - Filter grade: H13 HEPA - Filtration efficiency: ≥99.97% for particles ≥0.3 micron - Installation: Pull out from robot top compartment; filter is removable from inside dust bin. - Maintenance rule: Rinse bin and filter with cold clean water; fully air-dry (≥24h) before reinstallation. - Service cycle: Clean filter every 2 weeks; recommended filter replacement every 6–12 months (shorter for heavy pet hair environments). - Limitations: - Never use hot water, strong detergent, bleach or disinfectant; will damage HEPA fiber and silicone seals. - Do not install filter when damp; moisture causes mold, odor and suction drop. - Not applicable for wet dirt; moisture inside bin may damage robot motor. - Working principle: Air with dust enters the bin, large debris settles inside; fine dust is intercepted by H13 HEPA filter, then purified air flows out through exhaust.
