Base offer must use paper cushioning rather than a plastic bubble layer. Supplier must confirm internal versus external dimensions, usable space after filling, paper weights/construction, seam and closure strength, packing count and sample availability. Any recycled-content, recyclability or certification claim must include supporting documentation and its scope; these claims are not assumed. Other sizes or cushioning constructions must be quoted separately.
