How it works
Buy what you need.Buy stronger together.
Participation in the same campaign product contributes to its MOQ target. Discover shared shipping routes for platform orders or cargo purchased elsewhere with Group Shipping.
Browse campaignsSame campaign product
One shared target for the same product.
Three separate participations.
The supplier sets a separate MOQ for each campaign product. In this example, the same product has a target of 1,000 units; colours and packs are options offered for that product. Quantities of different products do not count towards each other’s targets.
Process
From selection to order.
-
Choose the product and delivery scope
Review the product’s MOQ, participation minimum, pack options, price and closing rule. Consider delivery scope together with freight, tax and customs responsibilities.
-
Join with your own quantity
Choose quantities and options that meet the published minimum and pack rules. Review your participation and explicitly accept product, price and payment terms.
-
Follow the product target and payment step
Participation in the same product advances its target. Payment collection starts according to the product’s target and closing rule; complete the payment steps shown in your account.
-
Plan preparation and shipping
Product preparation starts once required payments and supply checks are complete. Arrange delivery within the scope you accepted; you can separately apply to a Group Shipping route for an eligible order.
Group Shipping · Shared shipping
Your cargo is separate. The route is shared.
You do not need to fill a whole container. Apply with eligible cargo to a shared LCL route; review scope, quotes and operations with the agent in one workflow. You can use it independently of group buying.
-
Route
Review origin, destination, departure window, cargo acceptance and service boundary on the published LCL route. Door delivery is included only when stated in the scope.
-
Cargo
Select platform orders that are paid and eligible for shipping, or share details of cargo purchased elsewhere. Campaign participation is optional.
-
Quote
Share measurements, weight and readiness information. Review freight cost, extra services, exclusions and expiry in your private quote.
-
Reservation
Applying alone does not reserve capacity. Accepting a valid quote creates a reservation. Product payment and freight cost are separate; freight payment terms are in the agent’s quote.
-
Tracking
Follow cargo acceptance, departure, arrival and delivery records. These are updates recorded by the agent. Check and confirm delivery within the service scope.
Roles
- Supplier
- Sets the product, price, each product’s MOQ and participation rules. Prepares orders once payment and supply conditions are met.
- Logistics agent
- Publishes the shared route and service scope; reviews cargo eligibility and capacity, sends a private quote and records operational updates.
- Importer
- Reviews product participation and freight quotes separately. Chooses their own quantity, shares cargo details, and checks and confirms delivery.
ImportersDeals brings these parties together and lets you follow product participation, private freight quotes and operational records in the relevant account.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy the entire MOQ on my own?
No. Importers’ quantities for the same campaign product contribute to that product’s MOQ. Each product has a separate target; you must meet participation minimums, pack quantities and option rules.
Who sets the price?
The supplier publishes the price; the price and terms you review before joining apply. Reaching the target does not trigger an automatic 30% discount; the actual advantage depends on the offer.
Does reaching the target mean my order is ready?
No. Target quantity, payment collection and product preparation are separate stages. The product’s closing rule, required payments and supply checks determine the outcome. If target or payment conditions are not met, follow your account status and the closing terms you accepted.
Where do I find delivery, freight and tax details?
For products, check campaign delivery terms; for shared shipping, check route scope and your private quote. Port arrival, customs clearance and final-address delivery may be different services. Do not assume they are all included.
Must I buy a campaign product to use Group Shipping?
No. You can apply with cargo purchased from other suppliers. For platform orders, required product payments must be complete and the order must be eligible for shipping. In both cases, the agent reviews route rules, cargo readiness and capacity.
How do freight quotes and reservations work?
Apply with your cargo details; the agent sends a private quote. Review its scope, how measurement changes affect cost, payment terms and expiry. Explicitly accepting a valid quote reserves capacity; accepting a reservation is not a payment receipt. Freight invoicing and collection follow the agent’s terms.
